Arena 5 Deck: Easy 1500+ Trophies at Level 5 – In-Depth Guide

This Clash Royale Arena 5 Deck is working very well for me as especially for all free-to-play players since you just need Arena 3 cards and below. This deck was designed by lyingroyale and has been getting tested for weeks. This Deck is perfect for all level 5 players who are looking for a decent deck building in order to push to Arena 5.

This Arena 5 Deck usually ends up with a 1-crown win. In my latest 26 battles, there are 18 wins, 3 draws and 5 losses, also, most opponents were level 6/7 players.

Arena 5 Deck

Arena 5 Deck with Arena 3 Cards

This is a pretty awesome Deck you can use to gain a lot of easy positive Elixir trades. After couples of trades, when you have 5-6 Elixir more than the opponent, you can launch a super attack with your Prince and support troops and your opponent just can’t do anything to stop them.

I am going to explain everything about this deck so please be ready with a lot of texts xD.

Note: You shouldn’t use this Deck If you have low level cards. I recommend using this Deck when you have level 5 Commons, level 3 Rares (The Prince level 1 is working well).

The use of cards

Clash Royale Spear Goblins Spear Goblins

These little guys are very cheap and extremely versatile. You can effectively use them for both defense and offense purpose. Also, because this card costs only 2 Elixirs, you can easily use it to cycle through your deck. On defense, you should place them behind your Towers and other buildings as they don’t have much HP. In offense, you should put tankers in front of them (Barbarians, Prince). They are also very effective at dealing with Balloons when get coupled with the Tombstone. Also, drop them in the middle of your land If the enemy Prince, Mini P.E.K.K.A, Giant, Giant Skeleton,… are coming towards your Towers and you don’t have either Barbarians, Cannon or Tombstone on your hand.

Clash Royale ArrowArrows

This is definitely one of the most popular cards in Clash Royale. This card is mostly used to counter Minion Horde, Skeleton Army,… You should use this card when you are being attacked, don’t use them when you are pushing as it doesn’t deal much damage when your troops are attacking the enemies. That will be a big waste of 3 Elixir If you use it on offense, unless your opponent drops the low-Hp far away from yours and you want to take them down to help your big push.
If the opponent throw the Goblin Barrel towards your Tower, just simply place Arrows onto your Tower. Don’t worry, it takes a delay to load and those Goblins will be taken out immediately.
Sometimes, when the opponent attacks you with the Minion Horde and you don’t want to use the Arrows (If the opponent has the Goblin Barrel for example), you can place the Tomstone in the middle and let your Towers deal with those Minions.

Cannon
Hut Decks are very popular in Arena 4 and 5. You don’t like them much? Don’t worry, the Cannon can help you deal with them with ease. After Arrows a group of troops with the help of the Cannon, you can push the other lane with Barbarians or Prince (Ideally you want to do this after taking out their Minions). You can use Tombstone instead of Cannon when the opponent drops Prince, Hog Rider or Balloon and you can save up to 3 Elixir.

Don’t use Cannon against a Musketeer since she can outrange it without getting hit by your Towers and Cannon. Don’t place it too close to the river either as your opponent can use some Minions to destroy it. Also, don’t place it too close to your King Tower as the enemy troops won’t be lured. You can place it behind the Tombstone if you have the Tombstone in the middle.

Bomber/Baby Dragon
He can deal splash damage and help you deal with Huts, Barbarians and Witches. This is one of the best cards to deal with Barbarians in my opinion, he can also 1 hit kill Goblins and Skeletons. He is also extremely helpful when getting coupled with your Prince, especially when you know that the opponent is going to use Barbarians/Skeleton Army. You can use him to kill Archers but it’s better to let your Tower, Cannon or Musketeer deal with them when they come lonely.
Sometimes, I use the Bomber to deal with Goblin Barrel. This works perfectly.
Although his damage is great to deal with a lot of troops, you always should have at least 1 tanker or 1 building to protect him, just like any other ranged troop.
It’s better to replace Bomber with Baby Dragon If you have one. The author of this deck (lyingroyale) didn’t have Baby Dragon when he made this Arena 5 Deck so I don’t mention it here.

Tombstone
This annoying skeleton-spawning hut is extremely effective at countering Prince or Hog Rider. If you can play it correctly, you always can gain at least 1-2 Elixir advantage with this card and without taking a single damage to your tower. I usually can get 2 Elixir advantage when I use this card to stop the Prince. Dealing with Hogs is a bit harder, you should use Spear Goblins or even Barbarians to kill Hog Rider faster and prevent it from hitting your tower. After that, you can launch a decent counter attack since your troops are full HP.
If the opponent use Prince or Hog Rider when you don’t have Tombstone, use Cannon + Spear Goblins (or Barbarians) to deal with them.
Tombstone is the core card at dealing with lots of troops such as Giant, Balloon, Giant Skeleton, Knight,.. That’s why I really like this card.
The Tombstone is very weak against Bomber, Witch, Baby Dragon, Mustketeer,…

Clash Royale Musketeer

Musketeer
Musketeer is an effective damage dealer. She can deals a lot of damage to anything when she has a tanker in front of. You can use her to counter Balloon, Baby Dragon, Giant,… and lots of others. She can 1-shot Goblins, Skeletons (can’t 1 shot Archers and Minions). If you start the battle without Cannon or Spear Goblin, you can deploy her behind your King’s Tower and couple her with Barbarian/Prince/Spear Goblins/Bomber (depending on the enemy troops) later for a powerful attack. She is the core in pushing and will be used when you have elixir advantage. You should act accordingly and choose the best troop to use with her depending on the enemy troops.
In offense, she is extremely useful to deal with Goblins/Bomber/… but she is too slow to deal with Minions or Archers (she can’t protect tankers). It’s better to use Baby Dragon in stead of Bomber If you have one.
If you opponent has Fireball, wait till he uses it on other troops then you can push with Barbarians and Musketeer.

Barbarians (5 elixir)
They are solid tankers which can also deal a lot of damage but has a bit slow movement speed. On defense, Barbarians are extremely useful at killing off Goblins, Musketeer, Skeletons, Prince, Knight, Archers, Mini PEKKA, Giant, PEKKA, Giant Skeleton, Hog Rider,… (except Bomber, Valkyrie, Bomb Tower, Wizard, Baby Dragon,…). On offense, you may want to use them when the opponent uses small troops like Skeletons/Goblins (you shouldn’t use the Prince in this case anyway). You may also want to couple this card with Bomber as it can quickly clear out all low HP troops. If the opponent has Bomber/Baby Dragon/Wizard, you should put a Prince or a Musketeer to protect them.
You should use both Barbarians and Prince If there is non-splash defensive building since Barbarian movement speed is not good and it won’t be enough to do a decent attack. If there is Bomb Tower, Prince is preferred and you can use Barbarians after it is down.
You should also care about the Fireball as it deals a lot of damage to your Barbarians.

Prince (5 elixir) –
Prince has the biggest role in this play. He is definitely irreplaceable. Most of the time, I can get the crowns with the help of this handsome prince. This card is mostly used on offense for taking purpose. He deals lots of damage or even takes down a Tower with ease when your opponent uses the counters on something else.
When charging, he can one-shot Musketeer, Wizard,.. He can one-shot most small troops of course but that takes a lot of time, then you should use a Bomber or Musketeer.
I occasionally use him for defensive purposes. Most of the time, on defense, I use him to kill off a With which is being helped by Bomber/Musketeer/Wizard/… because he has a decent HP, doesn’t get affected by splash damage. If the Witch is protected by Giant, you should take down the Giant first with Barbarians/Cannon/Tombstone. If you successfully defend the push, deploy either Prince/Barbarians for a quick attack. The opponent will don’t have enough Elixir to defend for sure.
It’s not smart to use him when the opponent has Goblins/Barbarians/Minions/Skeletons/… on his hand.

General Gameplan

Basically, you may want to counter everything your opponent players to gain the Elixir advantage. When you have a decent Elixir, you can launch an attack or you can start building a slow push from the beginning in case your opponent doesn’t commit at starting.

When the game starts, If the opponent doesn’t place any card till 10 Elixir, you should put a Cannon/Tesla in the middle, or you can drop the Spear Goblins on the bridge, they can deal some damage and you also can see how your opponent reacts to it, then start countering hits plays. Try to remember your opponent’s cards and the ways he counters your attack in order to calibrate the next push. If he uses Skeleton Army to deal with your Prince, next time, use a Bomber to protect your Prince. If he uses Spear Goblins or building cards to deal with your Prince, you can use either Musketeer or Barbarians to support him in the next Push. It’s all up to you, play the game wisely and carefully.

Okay so that’s all about this outstanding Arena 5 Deck. It’s pretty long, right? It took me a few hours to finish this post to that’s great If you can share this with your friends as that will help this blog a lot! Also, remember, do not hesitate to leave me a message in the comment section below If you need any help!

Arena 7 Deck: P.E.K.K.A Deck

Are you looking for a decent Arena 7 Deck which can help you dominate in the Royal Arena? Please take a look at this new stunning P.E.K.K.A Deck, which successfully helped my push to 2800+ trophies when I was just at level 8! Thanks Traderwhat very much for helping me post this Clash Royale Deck!

General Game Plan

Okay so our Arena 7 Deck contains these cards: P.E.K.K.A, Arrows, Musketeer, Elixir Collector, Minion Horde, Minions, Skeleton Army and the Goblin Barrel.

Our general game plan with this Deck is to use P.E.K.K.A and swarms to push the opponent Crown Tower:

  • The ideal opener of this Deck is the Elixir Collector. Just place it right away when the battle starts as it will start generating a lot of Elixir for your pushes. You still have 5 Elixir left to deal with the opponent attack.
  • Start working on your push once you have placed your Elixir Collector. Ideally you should start a push by placing your P.E.K.K.A at the back of the King Tower. By doing that, you will have enough time to regenerate Elixir to get the support troops for your P.E.K.K.A. You may want to place a Musketeer behind it.
  • You have 2 choices:
    1. If you know that the opponent used their Arrows, just drop your Minion Horde or the Skeleton Army. They will tear apart anything which try to stop your P.E.K.K.A and allowing her to reach the enemy Crown Tower. However, this is the most risky play. I don’t recommend using it at the first push.
    2. Simply use the card Minions (3 Elixir) as they can deal decent damage and are much less susceptible to splash damage. Just make sure that you place the Minions when the enemy Crown Tower stars shooting your P.E.K.K.A for the maximum effectiveness.
  • In many games I played, Minions (yes, 3 Elixir) have a tendency to draw AoE cards like the Arrows. If your opponent drops the Arrows, just spam-all-your-cards-and-laugh.
  • Don’t worry If you face Hog Rider, Balloon or any other defense-targeting troops, you have the Elixir Collector, which has an impressive HP. It will be soaking damage and you will be able to deal with most attacks because you have a lot of swarms; the opponent Prince gets locked on your Skeleton Army;… Also, this is very very useful when you have already had 1 Crown and trying to defend.
  • The P.E.K.K.A with 3k HP will also be useful in defense. Also, she can easily counter the popular Prince-Dark Prince combo.
  • The Goblin Barrel has a lot of uses in this Deck. First off, you can use it to bait the Arrow. When your P.E.K.K.A is start rolling down on the enemy lane, you can throw the Goblin Barrel to the enemy Tower. Most of the time, they will try to correctly take them down with Arrows, which allows you to start a super swarm attack. Sometimes, you can use it as the finisher too. And when the enemy Crown Tower is shooting your 3k HP P.E.K.K.A, you can use your Goblin Barrel to deal a decent damage to it.

Matchups:

  • Balloon: You have Minion Horde, Minions and the Musketeer. Don’t worry then!
  • Prince: This is a very easy matchup. Use your Skeleton Army to block him. You can drop your P.E.K.K.A when your opponent uses the Arrows.
  • Prince + Dark Prince: New popular combo and more annoying than the Prince. Skeleton Army is pretty good at dealing with this combo since the Dark Prince’s splash damage is not a circle like the Valkyries’s. But, you should use Minion Horde and P.E.K.K.A with the Skeleton Army.
  • Hog Rider: Your swarms can mess him up anytime. In the late game, you can use the Collector to stop him from kissing your Towers.
  • Golem: P.E.K.K.A can deal a lot damage and much faster than other troops. Even If you don’t have him available, you still have a lot of swarms which can make it very tough for the opponent. This is an easy matchup.
  • X-Bow and Mortar: Truly this is an annoying matchup. You should try to push hardly when the opponent uses them. You can use the P.E.K.K.A as the shield for your backing troops dealing damage.
  • Hut Decks: This is properly the worst matchup for this deck. Luckily I haven’t faced many Hut Decks in Arena 7. The best way to deal with them is to push hardly on the other side after they drop a Hut.

Another version of this Arena 7 Deck:

If you are in a meta game which has a lot of Hut or X-Bow/Mortar Decks, you should use the alternative Deck below. It works wonderfully against those decks. Just Rocket all those Huts/X-Bow and you will be fine:

Arena 4 Deck: Push to Arena 4 at Level 3

Hello my friends, today I want to show you a stunning Arena 1 Deck from tarjoilija, which successfully helped me push from Arena 1 to Arena 4! Although this is a super easy-to-use Deck but it is also very very powerful. You should give it a try my friends!

Okay so above is out Deck. I was testing this Deck yesterday and successfully pushed from Arena 1 to Arena 4 (1100+ trophies) as a level 3 player. This Deck is fairly balanced and works pretty well with the current meta game.

tarjoilija’s Arena 4 Deck:

  • Giant: Extremely useful for both attacking and defending, he can sink a lot of damage.
  • Archers: Nice ranged troops with decent damage. You can replace them with Spear Goblins. Just use the higher level card.
  • Skeleton Army: Good to slow down the enemy troops and take down the opponent tankers. If the opponent doesn’t many AoE cards, they are also very helpful in offense.
  • Arrows: Definitely this is one of the most useful cards in Clash Royale, which helps you clear all low HP cards within seconds.
  • Fireball: Can be used to take town priority targets. Sometimes, you can use it to damage the enemy Barbarians.
  • Goblins: You can use these little guys to distract the enemy troops. You can also replace them with Spear Goblins.
  • Musketeer: Good damage! She can deal a lot of damage when gets coupled with the Giant.
  • Baby Dragon: Very useful since he can deal nice AoE damage and has a decent HP

General Strategy:

Okay so this is our general strategy with this Arena 4 Deck guys!

This deck highly relies on the good Elixir efficiency. Just try to defend the enemy high Elixir attacks with your low Elixir cards (positive Elixir trades). After couples of attacks, you will have more Elixir than him and be ready to launch a massive counter attack.

At starting, just wait for the opponent to make a move and start countering his attacks. If your Elixir bar is about to hit 10, drop the Archers or Spear Goblins right on the bridge so they can deal a little damage to the enemy Crown Towers. If you don’t have either of them, place the Musketeer/Giant or Baby Dragon behind your Crown Tower and prepare for the battle. If you want to attack first, you can combine the first troop with other unites once it’s on the bridge. That’s a 15 Elixir push and not easy to counter.

Don’t forget to constantly keep track on your opponent Cards, you will know his weakness. I have been writing a lot about counter attacks.

Okay so that’s that. I hope you guys have found this post useful. Please share it with your friends If you like it. Also, please comment If you need any help. Good luck and Clash on!

Push to 2300+ Trophies at Level 7

Hey guys it’s me again. In this guide, I’m going to show you the easiest way (palad1nz0’s Deck) that helps me push to 2300+ trophies as a level 7 player. If you don’t know, I shared his another Deck before, which can help you easily push to 1900 trophies even If you are at just level 6.

palad1nz0 is currently at top 8th in Thailand and this guide is gonna talking about this outstanding Battle Deck. I will try to explain everything as simple as possible!

This is the Deck:

Battle Deck

General Gameplan

Place the Tesla at the middle of your land and wait for your opponent to drop a card. Once the opponent drops a card, Lightning or Fireball it immediately If it is near the Tower and it costs about 4-6 Elixir (approximately same as your Spell). Otherwise, you can wait until those troops come near your Tower and then counter them with your cards then launch a counter attack. By using this Deck, you will need to guess what cards he has.

  • Try to have a Tesla up every time. This Battle Deck is pretty weak against Hog, Balloon and Prince when you are not protected by a Tesla. You can counter most attacks with the Tesla.
  • If you have the Goblin Barrel and Minion Horde in your hand and nothing happens when you reach 10 Elixir, throw the Barrel at the enemy Tower and followed by your Minion Horde on the bridge. The opponent just can’t arrow all of them before losing hundreds HP. As far as I can see, most opponent panic at this point and will start dropping everything they have. This is the time you use your Spells, depending on their responses, use either Lightning or Fireball on their troops. This combo can deal up to 1000HP If you use it properly.
  • Don’t use your Goblin Barrel Card without a backup. Many players just throw the Barrel when they have nothing better to use. Most of the time, they will get countered by Arrows immediately before they can deal any damage to the Tower. Goblin Barrel is an useful tool that can be used to make your opponent panic and bait out the enemy Spells which can easily counter your Minion Horde.
  • Try to use your Spells whenever you can. Just zap the Inferno Tower whenever it gets placed. Just Fireball the Barbarians placed behind the Tower. You can use your Lightning Spell to kill Wizard, Witch, Musketeer, Huts,… and deal additional damage to the enemy Tower. In most of my attacks, I deal about half of the damage to the Towers with only Spells.

Match-ups

Hut-Building Decks: You can always win the game easily with the Lightning Spell and the Fireball. Just Lightning every single hut the enemy uses, fireball those summoned troops. Just make sure that you have a solid defense before zapping their Huts since the Spell cards costs lots of Elixir. Protecting your Towers takes priority before zapping their huts.

Balloon-Freeze: This is another popular strategy and you absolutely can easily deal with it with your Tesla. The Balloon will always target the Tesla instead of your Tower and you will have enough time to deal with it by using either Wizard, Minion Horde or the Spear Goblins. My favorite combo to deal with the Balloon is using the Minion Horde to take down the Balloon then drop the Goblin Barrel on the opponent Tower followed by the Spear Goblins. The opponent will always try to protect his Balloon with Arrow or Fireball and can’t protect the Tower after that. This works pretty well most of the time.

Prince/Hog + Freeze: This strategy is pretty similar to the Balloon-Freeze above but you can use either Minion Horde or Barbarians to take down the Prince/Hog. You will want to try to use the Barbarians because Minion Horde + Barrel is an amazing combo you want to use right after that.

X-bow Decks: Since the update with the X-bow nerf, I haven’t seen many X-Bows. But, If you face them, you can use these methods to deal with it:

  1. Use Barbarians + Wizard/Spear Goblins.
  2. Just zap it (and also the enemy Tower If you can) with your Lighting Spell and it will have just about 10% HP. You can finish it with any troop.

Golem Decks: Golem is the hardest match-up in game to play as far as I can see. You always should have the Tesla up all the time. Take down the Golem as quickly as possible with your high DPS troops (Minion Horde would be the best choice). Ensure to deal with the support troops behind the Golem (Archers, Bombers, Spear Goblins,…). A single Fireball can take them down within a second!

More Tips

  • Always attempt to mix up your defensive strategy If you can. At 2000+ trophies, your opponents are very smart, you just can’t win the game If you use only 1 defensive strategy allt he time. For example, If you use Minion Horde to defend against Minion Horde, in the next defense, he will use the Minion Horde again and try to use the Arrow to take down your Minions immediately, so you just simply use the Wizard this time.
  • The Spear Goblin is extremely useful in this Battle Deck. After using the Minion Horde and Goblin Barrel combo, you can also drop the Spear Goblins too. They can deal A LOT OF damage when they have a tanker. Also, I have mentioned the Barrel + Spear Goblins combo above, this will also deal lots of damage.
  • When you reach 10 Elixirs and don’t have any good combo, just drop either the Spear Goblins or the Barbarians on the bridge. Most of the time, they will drop the Wizard or Barbarians to defend and you can drop the Lighting Spell/Fireball. This will clear the way and your remaining troops will be able to deal couples of hits to the enemy Tower.

Attack Logs

Finally, here are some recent logs with this Battle Deck for you:

Hopefully you like this Deck. Don’t hesitate to comment If you have any suggestion or question!

When should I attack the King’s Tower?

I know that most new players in Clash Royale want to destroy the King’s Tower right after taking down a Crown Tower because of the instant win. Player, who can take down the King’s Tower at first, will immediately win the battle. But is it worth it to do that? I am going to explain everything about this in this guide.

At first, let’s take a look at these facts:

  • The King’s Tower’s HP (Health Points) is much greater than the Arena Towers. In fact, the HP of the King’s Tower is over 60% greater than one Arena Tower!
  • Usually, it is much safer to win by either destroying one or two Arena Towers and by playing good defense to prevent your opponent from destroying two of your Arena Towers.
  • The King is in “sleep mode” when the battle begins, which means that he will not assist you on defense with his cannon as long as he is sleeping. In order for the King to wake, one of the following must happen:
    1. One of the Arena Towers is destroyed.
    2. The King’s Tower would have to be attacked. If both of the Arena Towers are still up and the King’s Tower is damage, then that will awaken the King.

Note: Avoid attacking the King’s Tower if you have not destroyed an Arena Tower! As this will awaken your opponent’s King on defense, and he will start firing at your troops with his cannon. Thus, make sure when you’re dropping area damage cards such as Fireball or Arrows, avoid touching the King’s Tower! Inflicting damage onto the King’s Tower before taking out an Arena Tower is one of the biggest mistakes new players make and this makes a very big difference in battles.

After you have destroyed an Arena Tower, you must decide whether to destroy the second Arena Tower or destroy the King’s Tower. Most of the time it is better to attack the second Arena Tower as it has significantly less HP than the King’s Tower and is also closer in distance. Usually, the only time you should pursue attacking the King’s Tower instead of the second Arena Tower is if the King’s Tower is at a lower HP. Or if your opponent is in the lead by destroying two of your towers and you are low on time, then you need to make the quick decision of whether to go for the win by destroying the King’s Tower, or play it safe and go for the second Arena Tower to end the battle in draw or force overtime. Don’t worry, I’ll teach you how to make these smart choices soon.

Okay, I hope this small Clash Royale tip can help you improve the quality of your battle. If you find this helpful, please share it with your friends and Clan members. Cheers!

How does the Chest Drop?

I have seen couples questions about the % drop rate of Chests that you can earn after the Battle in Clash Royale.

People suggested it was about 1% for Magical Chest, 25% for Gold Chest and 74% for Silver Chest. That’s a good theory but not how the game runs.

Exactly there is a chest order in game. Every Chest that you get after the Battles is based on this list. When this cycle goes through, it will restart again.
By digging the game files, Asdamp has found this chest order list.

Small note: You will always get 6 Wooden Chests at first, during the Training Camp.

How to deal with Golem + Elixir Combo

Hi guys, It’s me again with the “How to counter series”. Today, let’s discuss about the Golem + Elixir combo, which is extremely popular in Clash Royale from Arena 6.

How the Golem + Elixir Combo Works

Golem is the troop which has highest HP in game at this time. Although he is the hardest troops to take down in Clash Royale, he also costs lots of Elixir (8 Elixirs). The Elixir Collector is a perfect partner for the Golem as it gives players Elixir quickly to deploy the high Elixir Golem as well as support troops which can deal damage while the Golem is soaking damage. Sometimes, you can see players who want to go all in by using the Mirror Card to mirror the Elixir Collector and generate Elixir quicker. You can say goodbye to your Towers If you just make only 1 wrong move against this combo.

How to counter it

There are 2 parts of this combo: The Golem and the Elixir Collector, obviously.

If your opponent plays Elixir first:

  1. Try to damage it with your Spell cards: If you have any Spell Card (Fireball, Rocket, Lightning Spell, Goblin Barrels), you will probably want to deal damage to the Elixir Collector and also the enemy Tower, as long as you have enough Elixir to defend against the upcoming attack. Your blast will get the most value If the opponent places another card next to the Elixir Collector and the Tower, within your spell radius.
  2. Try to take them off by using a sneak attack: Using a sneak attack is pretty risky, truly, but If you can do it well, it will pay off beautifully. The idea is that when your opponent needs to spend 5 Elixir on the Collector, you just spend all of your Elixir to do a decent attack with your Hog, Prince or other cards, deal lots of damage before your opponent can recover enough Elixir to stop your attack. Prince is a perfect card for this sneak attack. As far as I can see, the opponent can only stop your attack If he uses Barbarians or Minion Horde. Don’t use this plan If the opponent has more than 1 Elixir Collector on the ground.

There is no proper way to deal with the Elixir Collector without using Spell Cards. If you don’t want to defend against those Golems all the time, better go all in the opposite site, that’s the only choice for you.

For defending against Golems, you will definitely need at least 1 defensive building card. The Inferno Tower is extremely useful at dealing with Golems but Cannon, Tesla or the Bomb Tower is also great. Just make sure to place your building in the middle of your arena to give your Crown Towers a decent distance, also, don’t place it too soon so it can last longer.

If you place your building (Inferno Tower for example) too soon, of course your opponent will never send his Golem immediately. Instead, he will play Goblins/Minions/Barbarians/… at first and drop the Golem after that. Most of the time, your opponent will use small troops such as Golins or Minions to distract your defenses and protect the Golem, as well as ranged troops behind in order to deal damage. You should remove those ranged troops at first since they can do massive damage within seconds to your Towers. Using Zap/Lightning/Arrows is great, but If you can’t do that, just strategically place your melee troop with high HP (Knight,…) to attack them from behind once they enter your arena. Just make sure that the ranged troops behind is targeting something before placing these melee troops otherwise it will be a big waste!

Don’t hesitate to comment If you have any other idea to deal with Golem and Collector combo my friends! Also, please share this post to your friends If you found it helpful, that will help this blog a lot. You rock!

How to deal with Freeze Combo

Hello my friends! Let’s talk about the Freeze combo today. I know that most new players do hate/love this combo because of its effective. Although it was extremely effective in Clash Royale before the Freeze Spell got nerfed, there are still loads of players using this combo. That’s why I want to discuss about it today.

How this Freeze combo works

The attacker will drops the Freeze Spell and freeze everything within the spell’s radius for 5+ seconds, during this time, the opponent’s Hog/Balloon/Prince,… will have enough time to deal devastating damage to your Crown Tower. Also, many players love using Minion Horde with the Freeze Spell since that card also can deal lots of damage too. Basically, this is how Freeze combo works.

How to counter it?

  • Once you have identified that the opponent has the Freeze Spell card on his Desk, you should always be ready for the next time he places it. If you play defense for positive Elixir trade, just make sure that you drop your cards right at the center and spread them a bit so the opponent can’t freeze them all.
  • Also, don’t place your troops until the attacker drops the Freeze. You will take damage, for sure, but that’s better than dropping your troops and watching the enemy troops hitting your Tower badly.
  • If the Hog/Balloon is attacking your defensive building card, don’t drop your troops immediately. Most of the time, the opponent will drop the Freeze Spell once his troop finish off your defensive building card. Just wait for that!
  • If you have a defensive building card, just make sure you always have it on the ground.
  • Don’t place any building right next to your weakened Crown Towers. It’s not a good idea at all. They will be susceptible to get destroyed by any spell card.
  • If you have more than 1 building card, you can easily lure the enemy Hog/Balloon from the weakened side to the other one.

Because the enemy troops (Hog/Balloon) only deal damage to your buildings and Towers, you can take the advantage of this If your defensive troops don’t get damaged. Make a counter-attack with your survived troops. The opponent has just spent 4 Elixir for the Freeze Spell and is not ready to defend against your counter-attack. But, be smart with your counter-attack. Don’t just place either the Hog Rider or the Balloon If you know that he still has the Minion Horde.

Play patiently, get the the elixir advantage and you can take control of the battle!

How to counter Hut Decks

Lots of players are using this strategy, especially below Arena 6 and most new players don’t have a decent strategy to deal with it. I am going to give you some good solutions to deal with those Hut Decks.

Hut Battle Decks are pretty popular in Clash Royale. Players use this strategy always attempt to overwhelm you with the troops produced continuously by the Goblin Hut, Barbarian Hut or the Skeleton Tomb. Sometimes, you will also face players who use Elixir Collector in order to speed up this progress. When they have a decent number of troops on the ground, they will probably use ranged/AoE troops like Spear Goblins, Baby Dragon, Musketeer, Witch,… to overwhelm your troops. Sometimes, they may use the Rage Spell once all troops are on your land, skyrocket their movement speed and attack damage.

How to deal with them?

  • You should try to take down those Huts as soon as possible with your damage Spell Card (Lightning, Rocket, Fireball,…). The Lightning is extremely great at dealing with those annoying Huts with the large radius and high damage. Most of the time, you can deal damage to the Huts and also the Crown Tower nearby.
  • On defense, you should have Cards which can deal AoE damage (Wizard, Valkyrie, Baby Dragon,…) to the incoming squad. Zap and Arrows Cards are also pretty great against weak troops.
  • Always attempt to lure the enemy troops to the center of your side so both Crown Towers can hit them.
  • Don’t hesitate to drop a spell on a large group of troops and get the positive Elixir trade. The opponent will always try to bunch up his troops so also don’t waste your Spell Cards on just a few troops.
  • The Bomb Tower is not a bad choice at all. With 1-2 hits, it can take down a decent number of troops.

When should I start attacking?

Attacking wins the game, not defending. The best time you should attack is when the opponent places the Barbarian Hut (or Goblin Hut) by spending 7 Elixir. Just let those 2 first Barbarians hit your Tower, wait and use a high Elixir Card to attack the other side which is not targeted by the Barbarians (or Goblins). Most of the time, your opponent will be panic and wrongly drop lots of cards, you can easily deal with them when the opponent is panic, truly. Even If he can handle this, you still can deal a decent damage to the opponent Tower.

Do you have any other idea to deal with the Hut Decks? Don’t hesitate to share your opinions guys! Also, please share this post with your friends If you have found it helpful. That will help this blog a lot! You rock!

How to get Clash Royale Gold faster

Undoubtedly Gold is the most important thing in Clash of Royale since you can do everything with it. Unfortunately, Because of the upgrade costs in game, we are usually out of Gold and always need to wait a few more days until we have enough Gold. Today, Rymdonaut is gonna show you how to earn lots of Gold in game with ease!

In Clash Royale, you can earn Gold by:

  • Opening Chests.
  • Donating Cards.

Firstly, the easiest way to earn Gold in game is opening Wooden Chest, Silver Chest, Golden Chest and Crown Chest. Attempt to open them whenever you can by playing a few battles in game everyday to take all that easy and sweet money.

Donating is the second way to earn Gold in game. Some players think it’s stupid to give the hard-earned cards away. Yes, it’s pretty hard to get them but you can get XP and 5 Gold for every donated common card and 50 Gold for every Rare. The Gold is not taken from the player getting the card from you. It’s  just like you are selling cards but the buyers don’t have to pay. You can donate in total 60 cards everyday, that’s 300 Gold everyday and 2100 Gold every week (or even 4200 Gold every week If you usually donate Rares). By donating, you can buy 1-2 Epic Card from the Store everyweek! That’s very crazy If you don’t want to get that free epic because It’s much harder to get those cards than the donated ones.

Also, as long as you keep requesting cards, you can always take your cards back, so why not give them away, right? You can request 3 times everyday and 10 common cards at a time. I usually keep requesting Barbarians and donating them whenever I can because most players use Barbarians.
